FAQ

How long will it take my order to ship out?

Shipping takes place 7-14 business days from the next business day your order is received. Because our apparel items are made custom as ordered the average production time is 7-14 business days. We strive to ship orders out within that time frame. However, during peak seasons like holidays it can take longer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Once production is completed orders will be shipped and will arrive in 2-3 business days. When you need it fast please notify us at the time you place your order via email so that we may determine if rush shipping is available. Remember these alternatives do cost more to ship. Orders received after 11am will be processed on the next business day. For rush orders please give us a reliable phone number to contact you at in case we have questions regarding your order. We ship all Rush orders via USPS.
Example: If you place an order on Friday @ 10am for Overnight Air, your order will be processed & shipped on Friday (depending on availability of items), but you will not receive it until Monda

What is your return policy?

Because all apparel is made custom for each order we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise. Unwanted purchases are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to order correct sizes. Please view item details, size chart, or email us for assistance. An email will be sent upon ordering to verify that the order is correct and a 24 hour grace period is given to correct any errors.

NON- APPAREL items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Restocking fee - If returned merchandise totals $30 or more, a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total will be assessed to the customer for returns. If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced. UnBossed Apparel must be contacted via email for approval before defective merchandise may be returned. Orders returned without permission will be refused. We must be notified with 72 hours of delivery if an item is defective and it must be unworn. In the event a refund is granted we will issue the refund in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase. Store credit never expires. It will be minus shipping costs unless an error is made by us.

Can I cancel an order once it is placed?

An order can be cancelled only within 24 hrs of placing an order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the item to show up on your billing statement. Once an item has been placed in line for
production it can not be cancelled.

What methods of payments are accepted?

All prices are in U.S. dollars. For credit card orders we accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal

My package never arrived and is lost? Will my order be resent or refunded?

No, we will not be responsible for orders lost by mail carriers. We will do out best to assist and locate packages but once an item has been shipped and we verify we shipped it to the address provided we can not be held liable. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of the shipping costs to get the package back to you.
